RPCC Foundation to Hold Annual Golf Fundraiser
The River Parishes Community College Foundation, Inc will hold its annual
Classic Golf Scramble fundraiser on Wednesday, May 3 at The Lakes golf
course at Pelican Point in Gonzales. The day begins with a 1:00 p.m.
shotgun start.
The RPCC Foundation was founded to provide financial assistance to the
college through gifts, grants and other revenue. The Foundation is a
501 (c)3 non-profit organization and is led this year by Frank Marino,
Division Vice President of Atmos Energy in Baton Rouge.
At the tournament, players will vie for a $5,000 Hole-in-One prize,
a longest drive prize, five closest-to-hole prizes, as well as overall
tournament winner.
Food and beverages will be served throughout the day. The media is invited
to attend.
